1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Eventasaurus website, authentication APIs, or platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Use of Our Services

Eventasaurus provides guest check-in, authentication, ticketing, and event management features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Create mock, fake, or deceptive accounts using unauthorized email addresses.
  • Attempt to bypass OAuth/OIDC validation logic or reverse engineer the secure authentication tokens (JWTs).
  • Use bots or scripts to automate RSVPs or ticketing actions.
  • Distribute malicious files or spam via our layout configurations.

3. Single Sign-On & Account Creation

When creating an account via Single Sign-On (Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub):

  • You acknowledge that Eventasaurus imports user profile details (email, display name, and avatar) returned by the respective SSO provider.
  • You agree that the email address associated with your SSO account must be verified by the provider before you can log in.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your third-party credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements, brand logos, code designs, layout engines, and interactive assets displayed on Eventasaurus are the exclusive property of the Eventasaurus team. You may not copy, replicate, or reuse any part of our codebase or visual style without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eventasaurus and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, server downtime, data losses, or unauthorized third-party access to your profile.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will post notification of changes on this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
